Learning Agreement

Students coming to LUT from Erasmus+ countries (EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme) must complete Online Learning Agreement. If your university do not have yet access to OLA, please ask your International Office for a Learning Agreement form.

Before you start completing your Learning Agreement, please read the instructions below on how to do it properly (Instructions to Learning Agreement).

Please complete ONLY Learning Agreement - Before the Mobility part.

Below you will find Learning Agreement forms for students from the third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ programme (Kosovo, Montenegro, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Georgia, Armienia, Ukraine, Panama, Cambodia, Indonesia):

1. Dean's Office Questionnaire - for all the faculties*
2. Changes to Learning Agreement**

* To complete and print Dean's Office Questionnaire, you need to use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save the form on your computer's hard drive, complete the form and print it. Remember to sign the form!

** In case of LA changes, you are requested to complete 'Changes to Learning Agreement' (the 'During the Mobility' section of Learning Agreement) only. The form is dedicated to students from the third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ programme. Students who use OLA are oblidged to introduce their changes to the online system.
