ADMISSION RULES

The following candidates are eligible to pursue higher education at Lublin University of Technology on the basis of the Rector’s decision:

1) Candidates who are not holders of any status or documents which entitle them to study on the same conditions as Polish nationals; non-nationals who possess a residence permit with an annotation ‘access to labour market’ or Schengen visa or national visa for work in the territory of Poland, can enrol on and follow education at LUT only on a fee-payment basis;
2) Holders of a valid Card of the Pole (Karta Polaka);
3) Nationals of the Member States of the European Union, of the Swiss Confederation, or the member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area – and members of their families who have funds necessary to cover their subsistence costs during a period of study;

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

Application fee is paid once per every field of study to which a student registers in the Electronic Student Registration System and it is nonrefundable. It should be paid within the deadlines set forth in the admission schedule. Bank account details are given in the Electronic Student Registration System in field PAYMENTS.

Tuition fee for each field of study you got admitted to shall be paid within the deadlines set forth in the admission schedule. Bank account details are given in the Electronic Student Registration System in field PAYMENTS. Tuition fees may be subject to reimbursement, for example due to submitted resignation.

Notice: During enrollment additional fees may apply, such as fee for issuing student ID card (PLN 22)

All application and enrollment steps, such as:

• creating online application,
• paying application and tuition fees,
• submission of original documents
• registration at the university

shall be done within specific deadlines outlined in the ADMISSION SCHEDULE.
