Application step-by-step

In order to submit application, you need to do the following:

1. Follow the registration link.
2. Choose your faculty, programme and level of study.
3. Fill in and submit the personal questionnaire in order to create your individual registration account. You will need to fill in your personal data, contact and educational details.
4. Remember or copy your UID number and password.
5. Log in to your individual registration account using UID number.
6. Once you log in, check the data in the Personal data section.
7. Add the information required in following sections:

  • Higher Education – Issuing country of higher education diploma;
  • address, phone number and the area code, email address of the higher education institution

8. Upload the qualification documents and digital photo in the "Upload documents" section.

Notice! If you have applied for Polish language studies and want to apply for English studies as well, please use the same login and password.

Application fee in the amount of EUR 20 should be paid within 14 days from registration in the Electronic Student Registration System, and not later than the last day of submitting online applications, set forth in the admission schedule.

Application fee is not refundable.

Once you paid the application fee, your application will be reviewed by the Recruitment Committee.

You will receive e-mail information from admissions officer on whether you are qualified or not. You may be also asked to submit additonal or missing documents, if there are any. The status of your application will be also updated in the system.

If you get qualified, you will receive conditional offer letter to able to make tuition fee payment.

Tuition fee should be paid within 14 days from receiving information on qualification, and not later than the last day of the given admission round, set forth in the admission schedule.

Once your payment is registered in the recruitment system, you will receive acceptance letters necessary for the visa.

Attention: At this point you may apply for a place in the LUT dormitory. To book on-campus accommodation and get the accommodation letter (another document required for visa process), please send a request to: a.matyjaszczyk@pollub.pl

It is crucial to start your visa process at the appropriate embassy/consulate immediately after you get the acceptance letters.

Bear in mind that there are lots of applicants and if you apply late, you may not be able to book a visa appointment on time. In some countries, May or June may be the last months to apply if one wants to get the visa by October (which is the start date of the semester). Moreover, the procedure itself may take up to a few weeks, so please make sure you refer to the embassy well in advance.

The candidates are asked to keep the admissions office informed about the course of their visa procedure.

Hurray! You got the visa and arrived in Poland. First, inform admissions officer about your arrival through e-mail to set up a registration meeting. Then, go to the Office of International Education to register.

Registration takes place within the timeframe set forth in the admission schedule.

Take with you the following documents (original hard copies):

-legalized higher education diploma (based on which you got qualified for admission)

-legalized supplement to the diploma/transcript of grades with grading scale (based on which you got qualified for admission)

-English certificate

-transaction confirmations for application and tuition fee payments

-passport

After registration, decision on admission will be issued.

After you registered at the admissions office, you will be asked to contact the Dean’s Office of a given Faculty in order to sign the contract, student oath as well as submit other pending documents. After completing this step, you will be given student status.
