All details regarding full-time studies offered by LUT, such as general programme description, curricula, syllabi are available on our webpage, in the PROGRAMS tab.

After you register in the system, upload all the required documentation and pay the application fee, your application is reviewed by the Committee. You shall get the e-mail from Admissions Officer with the results and/or any further instructions within 2-3 weeks.

Registration fee shall be paid to an individual bank account, all the details for the transfer are available in the candidate's profile on the recruitment portal ("Payments" section).

During online registration a candidate is obliged to submit scanned versions of the following documents:

  • Bachelor diploma (and master, if applies)
  • Full bachelor transcript of grades / diploma supplement (and master, if applies). The document shall include grading scale
  • Passport
  • English language certificate, at least B2 level (full list of accepted certificates available here)
  • Eligibility statement (read more information here)
  • Digital photograph (passport-like)
  • Proof of application fee payment

In order to be enrolled as a student of LUT, you must provide a document of education (higher education diploma) entitling you to undertake university level education (graduate) in your country of origin.

You must have your diploma legalised (authorised) / apostilled, translated into Polish language and recognised in Poland.

If you upload documents without legalization/apostille you will be obliged to sign and upload a declaration that you are aware of the legalization obligation and that you undertake to complete it within the set deadlines. Download the form here

Preliminary requirements are set out in the program description and resolution on recruitment. The final decision on qualification is made after the candidate completes all application steps.

Once you submit all the required documents and pay the registration fee, your application will be reviewed by the Recruitment Committee. You will be informed about the results by e-mail, you will also see the updated status of application in the recruitment portal.

When you get qualified for admission, you will receive an e-mail with further steps to be completed. They include instructions on tuition fee payment, visa documents issued by the university, accommodation in dormitory etc.

After you get qualified for admission, you may request conditional offer letter (often necessary to make tuition fee payment) by sending e-mail to the Admissions Officer.

Similarly as conditional offer letter, acceptance letter may be requested by sending e-mail to the Admissions Officer. Acceptance letter is issued once the candidate got qualified for admission and successfully paid tuition fee. Acceptance letters are one of the obligatory documents to get visa appointment at the embassy.
