Dear Colleagues,

Greetings from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics’ (BME) Department of International Relations!

Let me invite you to our first international Erasmus Staff Week of BME. The event will take place 5-9 May 2025 in Budapest, Hungary to discuss the best practices and challenges related to international education and sustainability. With the event, the organizers aim to enhance international cooperation and experience sharing good practices, with an added opportunity to learn more about BME. During the week different sustainability practices and projects at university level, staff level and student level are going to be discussed.

We will offer keynote presentations given by the organising partners and guest speakers. The program includes round-table discussions and laboratory visits. We can also discover the built heritage of Budapest.

On EELISA Day (European Engineering Learning Innovation and Science Alliance) the university's EELISA Communities are presented with a focus on the future of the partnerships.

The application period is open until 15 March 2025.
