Empowered Leadership: Managing People and Business Skills is an intensive program designed to enrich students’ business skills in Romania’s landscapes. Title: Beyond Conservation: Digital Twins, Cultural Heritage and the Future of Memory

While traditional conservation practices aim to preserve the physical integrity of cultural heritage, increasing risks such as natural disasters, mass tourism, and environmental pressures reveal the limits of purely material preservation.
This programme explores the role of digital twin technologies as an emerging layer of heritage conservation, addressing not only how we document heritage, but also how digital representations transform concepts such as authenticity, memory, and permanence.
Designed as an interdisciplinary platform, the summer school aims to bring together architecture and digital design students to collaboratively explore the intersection of technology and cultural heritage.

| Objectives and description | The aim is to bring democratic processes and mechanisms of social intervention closer to the daily lives of European citizens in decision-making, promoting dialogue as a core objective of a democratic community. It is therefore an educational project that seeks to provide a set of participatory tools to a wide range of communities. |
| Methods and outcomes | This course is participant-centered. Participants will develop various group facilitation activities, including group work, presentations, and the formation of discussion groups for decision-making. During the five in-person days, participants will work in groups to develop an idea for participatory intervention within their own social, cultural, and economic contexts.
