NON-EU citizens, who stay more than 90 days in Poland, need to get the temporary residence permit at the adequate office.

in the procedure, one need *:

fill in the document ;*

present the student status statement on no-charge exchange studies;

present the proof of health insurance or confirmation of covering health treatment costs on the territory of Poland by the insurer;

present the proof of sufficient financial funds;

the copy of a document from the country of a temporary residence;

the copy of the Passport;

four photos

* all the documents need to be translated into Polish by a sworn translator.
