Lublin University of Technology Partners in the EURAXESS Project

We are pleased to announce that Lublin University of Technology has become a partner in the "AIM – Attracting International Minds. The Lublin NAWA-EURAXESS Network" project, implemented as part of the NAWA-EURAXESS Network program of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange.

The project aims to create a regional cooperation network supporting the mobility and integration of international scientists. The project coordinator in the Lublin Voivodeship is Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, which serves as the consortium leader.

In addition to the University of Lublin, the project partners include: University of Life Sciences in Lublin Catholic University of Lublin Medical University of Lublin As a project partner, the Lublin University of Technology will support activities related to building a comprehensive support system for international researchers, including: activities to professionalize services for foreign scientists and their families, support for the adaptation process in Lublin and the region, activities promoting Lublin and the Lublin region as an attractive place for developing a scientific career, participation in training and integration initiatives dedicated to scientists and staff handling the processes related to the admission of foreign scientists.

The project will run from February 2026 to September 2028, and nearly PLN 600,000 has been allocated for its activities, which will be used for training, integration activities, and the promotion of the region as a friendly environment for international scientists, among other things.

The NAWA-EURAXESS program contributes to creating friendly and attractive working and living conditions for international scientists, and the participation of the LUT in the project will allow the university to participate even more effectively in the development of a regional network of academic cooperation and integration in the Lublin Voivodeship.
