When would the welcome week be in february?

            The Welcome meeting is on February 23rd, at 2 p.m.

Are there washing machines in the dormitories, and how often can we use them?

            The dormitories are equipped in the washing machines; you can use them for free, upon your wish, once you present tha Student ID at the front desk and wait for your slot.

Are single rooms available in the university dorms?

            Only double rooms are availableIf you prefer to stay alone in a room, the cost will be the same as for two people.

Once we arrive in Lublin , what's the procedure of acquiring the keys to our dorm rooms ?

            Please come to the dormitory and confirm your arrival at Reception Desk; you will be registered and accommodated. The Reception is open 24h, at night please use the ring next to door.

If my visa arrives a little late, can I still come to your school? There are very long waiting lists for visa appointments in my country.

            You need to have a valid visa to cross the border. We suggest you arrive ath the University no later than 2 weeks after the semester begins.

How many days before the start of the academic term can we move into the dormitory ? When can I enter the dormitories. Is there a specific date for it?

            You can move a few days before, we recommend 2 or 3 days before.

When will the semester begin ?

            The semester begins on Feb. 23rd.

Does the university offer arrival assistance or airport pickup?

            No, students arrive to LUT on their own.
