The deadline for the deposit payment is August 15. The refundable deposit* (105 euro) must be paid before your arrival to secure the dormitory accommodation. How to pay deposit? Here The semester fee covers the period from 29 September 2026 to 13 February 2027. The semester fee - 4027, 50 PLN must be paid for the entire semester within one week upon your arrival (by bank transfer or by card). The dormitory will be available for incoming students starting on September 15. The extra night costs 80 PLN each. |

*The refundable deposit covers any damages to dormitory property caused by the student during their stay. If no outstanding charges or damages are found and all check-out procedures are successfully completed at the end of the stay, the full deposit will be refunded. |
