How to Apply for an Erasmus+ Traineeship

If you would like to apply for the programme, please send the following documents to erasmus@pollub.pl :

  • An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English
  • A motivation or recommendation letter
  • A short description of the activities you would like to carry out at Lublin University of Technology
  • A confirmation of your English language skills (minimum level: communicative / B1 according to CEFR*)

* This confirmation can be issued by the appropriate unit at your home university and signed by a language instructor, coordinator, or another responsible person.

Once received, your application will be forwarded to the relevant Faculty.
Each application is reviewed individually.


Documents Required After Initial Application

At least one month before the start of your placement, you must send the following documents to erasmus@pollub.pl :

  • Completed Application Form: https://forms.office.com/r/Z5VcBmLk44
  • Learning Agreement for Traineeships, signed by you and the responsible person at your home university
  • A copy of your passport
  • A copy of your insurance document (EHIC card for EU citizens)*
  • A declaration of your Erasmus status – this must be an official document from your home university confirming that you have been selected under the Erasmus+ Placement Programme*

*The documents (insurance and declaration of Erasmus status) can be sent after receipt of the Letter of Acceptance.

Important Information

  • Acceptance depends on the decision of the relevant Faculty or unit at the University.
  • The acceptance letter is issued once all application documents have been received!

Please Note

  • Your application will only be considered after we receive an official nomination from your home university confirming that you have been selected for the Erasmus+ traineeship at Lublin University of Technology.
  • For more information, please contact your internship coordinator at your home institution.
  • Only complete applications will be processed.

Accommodation

Students are responsible themselves for organizing the accommodation during their stay in Lublin. You can choose between two types of accommodation:

  • Students can apply in the application form for a place in the LUT’s Halls of Residence, however, it is not obligatory. ⇒ MORE INFO
  • Students can search for private accommodation, e.g. by contacting estate agencies in Lublin.
