The Mobile Welcome Point is an initiative designed to support newly arrived international students during Welcome Week at the beginning of each semester. Mobile stands are organised at all six faculties of Lublin University of Technology, making it easy for students to access essential information where they study.
At all faculty buildings, you will find our "Welcome standee", along with a QR code that provides quick access to our website, where everyone can find practical information about accommodation, transportation, healthcare, legalization procedures, student life, and upcoming events for the international community in Lublin.
The Mobile Welcome Point is not limited to the faculties. It also accompanies university events throughout the academic year, including international staff weeks, workshops, orientation activities, and other events that bring together the international and local academic community.
The project „Przed.Szkole PL - Lublin University of Technology Open for the Intercultural Diversity” (BPI WTP 2024 1 00008 U 00001) is financed by the European Union from the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 (FERS) under the NAWA Project „Support for higher education and research institutions in supporting foreign nationals and Polish citizens going abroad”.
