Nomination

To nominate your students within the Erasmus+ programme or bilateral agreement, fill in the Nomination Form.  The form will be available in September.

Nomination deadlines:

1. For the 1st semester and full year      30 April 
2. For the 2nd semester                         31 October*

* If your students require a visa, we strongly recommend submitting nominations by 30 September, to allow sufficient time for visa processing.

Deadlines for sending the documents: 

1. For the 1st semester and full year       15 June
2. For the 2nd semester                           30 November
