APPLICATION
In order to apply for Erasmus+ at Lublin University of Technology, you have to prepare the following documents: |
Online Learning Agreement (OLA)*; |
Confirmation of English language skills**; |
A photocopy of the Applicant’s Passport or ID (if EU member state citizen); |
A photocopy of insurance document (EHIC Card for EU citizens). |

*If your university is not yet ready to use the OLA, please send us Learning Agreement in a form provided by your coordinator or send an e-mail to: erasmus@pollub.pl
**Note that the required level of English language competence for Erasmus+ exchange students at Lublin University of Technology is min. B1 according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. However, in connection with the new recommendations from the Polish government regarding student visas, we recommend proficiency in English at a B2 level. The confirmation of English language skills can be issued by a proper unit of a sending institution and confirmed by language instructor/faculty coordinator or other person in charge.

Please note that at our University students can take only 30 ECTS per semester unless otherwise specified in the ECTS Catalogue.
ACCEPTANCE
Once you have been accepted as an Erasmus+ student, you will receive an official acceptance letter. The document is issued after all applications are verified, that is no earlier than five weeks after the application deadline.
ACADEMIC CALENDAR
The start date of the semester is indicated in the Letter of Acceptance and in the academic calendar (CLICK).
Students MUST arrive to LUT no later than two weeks after the start date of the semester. It is strongly recommended that you attend the Welcome Meeting. Please contact the Office of International Education if it is not possible for you to arrive on time.
ACCOMMODATION
Students are responsible themselves for organizing the accommodation during their stay in Lublin. You can choose between two types of accommodation:
