EU Academy site will be undergoing some renovations which include vital changes for the users, please read carefully the official message for the OLS Team:

Dear participant,

We're writing about an important deadline: 7 February 2027 is the last day you'll be able to download your OLS (Online Language Support) placement test certificate from the current version of EU Academy.

What's changing

The EU Academy platform is moving to an updated version of Moodle, bringing a cleaner interface, easier course navigation and more tools to support your learning. Current planning has the new platform available from December 2026.

What you need to do

Since accounts, course histories and certificates will not be transferred to the new platform, please, before 7 February 2027:

• finish any courses you've already started;
• download your OLS placement test certificate, if you haven't already. Simply log in to EU Academy with your EU Login, go to ‘My Dashboard’ and under ‘My Achievements’ download a PDF of any available certificates.

After this date, all course histories, certificates, badges and user accounts on the current platform will be deleted – once deleted, none of it can be restored.

We'll share more information as the transition progresses. For now, the key thing is to download anything you need before 7 February 2027.
