WELCOME POINT

The LUT Office of International Education participated in the conference “Cooperation without Borders - Building Regional Network NAWA EURAXESS”, organized by the University of Gdańsk in cooperation with Gdańsk Medical University, and Gdańsk University of Technology, with financial support from the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).

The two-day event provided an excellent platform for discussion, networking and the exchange of best practices. Key topics included the development of European University alliances, the impact of the HR Excellence in Research certification on institutional culture, the role of universities and academic institutions in welcoming and supporting the adaptation of international researchers, among others. 

Thanks to fruitful discussions, the conference strengthened connections between institutions and contributed to ongoing efforts to build  an open, welcoming and inclusive academic environments.
