The Welcome Point at Lublin University of Technology is a dedicated support service for international students, PhD candidates, staff members and international guests. It provides practical information and assistance with matters related to moving to and living in Lublin, Poland.

Our Welcome Point is here to help with matters related to settling in and everyday life in Lublin. We provide practical information on topics including:

• accommodation and transportation,
• healthcare,
• residence legalization and formalities related to staying in Poland,
• student life and navigating the university,
• life in Lublin and the surrounding region,
• events and initiatives for the international academic community.

Mobile Welcome Point

The Welcome Point also operates as a Mobile Welcome Point. During Welcome Week, at the beginning of each semester, our mobile information stands visit all six faculties of Lublin University of Technology. This makes it easy for students starting their studies in Poland to access essential information and support.

The Mobile Welcome Point also takes part in events held throughout the academic year, including staff weeks, workshops, orientation sessions and events that bring together the international and local academic communities.

You can also find our stands in the faculty buildings, with a QR code that takes you directly to the Welcome Point webpage, where you can find practical information about living and staying in Lublin.
